David Fong, PharmD

As Vice President of Network Operations, David Fong, PharmD oversees the daily performance and support of the Alpha Plus Network, Inc. pharmacy community. He focuses on making sure member pharmacies have what they need to succeed in a value-based environment, including clear guidance on contracts, clinical programs, and performance metrics. 

David coordinates implementation across the network, helps translate data into action at the store level, and reinforces consistent standards that payers and provider partners can rely on. His work is centered on building a strong, responsive network that keeps independent pharmacies competitive and trusted in the communities they serve.
